Azmir Dakos has been actively proposing ideas to improve the Mech Arena Showdown community in the official Discord server. In his first few months as a member, he has focused on suggesting ways to enhance the game's content and systems, with the goal of creating a more enjoyable and engaging experience for all players. His efforts have been geared towards finding solutions that can benefit the entire community, rather than just a select few. He has also shown a strong commitment to making the game a better place for everyone by forming the Varians clan and actively recruiting members through in-game chat on a daily basis. However, despite his efforts, he has faced constant criticism and backlash from the community in the official Mech Arena Discord. This eventually led to him creating his own Discord community called Marena. Unfortunately, even in this new community, he continued to face offense and criticism, especially from a certain individual named KAX. KAX was asaulting players including honor clan to prove his superiority and god complex were always higher than player's vanity in his videos. By this KAX violated the rules of the Discord server and Plarium policies, and even went as far as creating his own Discord server and using deceitful tactics to recruit members from the Marena Discord without consent. As a result, Azmir and his team took action by kicking KAX and his accomplices from the server and elevating their ban to the Discord server. They also recorded their violations in their database. Despite these challenges, Azmir and his team continued to persevere and collaborate with content creator apprentice Scotland Kings, forming the VAR and EMP teams to dominate Mech Arena matches and create content for their channels. In 2022, Azmir Dakos was targeted by content creators like Ruffles due to his achievements in the past year. They hoped to recruit Azmir as a potential ally. In order for Azmir to accept Ruffles' offer, he asked if Ruffles would be willing to cooperate in RXL projects, which were dedicated to helping Mech Arena players. However, Ruffles blatantly refused, leading Azmir to reject his friendship in the same manner he did with KAX. KAX then formed KAX Gaming and instigated the creation of the Azmir Anti-Movement. The more Azmir refused or exposed villainous players in Mech Arena or revealed Plarium's fraud to the media, the stronger KAX's movement against him became.
Despite KAX's efforts to cancel recruits by Roga Infenis for Varians Clan, he failed miserably in conveying his message against Azmir. Ruffles, on the other hand, allied with KAX, finding in him a fashionable ally. Scotland Kings Gaming, the founder, found himself becoming an enemy of the entire Mech Arena community for accompanying Azmir. He decided to desert Varians and Azmir and join the ranks of KAX to protect himself from KAX's hostility. KAX was able to ban Varians members with the help of Silence, the administrator of the official Mech Arena Discord, as they had plotted together long ago. As a result, Azmir's glory in videos would no longer reach the Mech Arena audience, and Plarium ultimately killed the game by heavily weighting it with paywalls, making it intolerable for free-to-play players to continue.
Many players quit the game, but Azmir stayed vigilant and decided to continue his final march with his companions in a second season of his past glory in Mech Arena Showdown till the end of 2023 and finally quit the game.
